I started this blog with every intention of writing a post at least once a week. I managed two in a row and then life happened. I got a stupid head cold that had me out of commission and then the Spring semester started. This is my last semester of my AS degree (associate's of science) and I have been purely focusing on school. But now that I have settled in to my new schedule, I think I can maybe try again to meet my 'at least once a week' goal.
So the first thing I want to write about is not polish related. A little over a year ago I "inherited" an outside pet rabbit from my next door neighbor who passed away in a house fire. This rabbit was pretty cool. When I first took over care for it, it had become almost feral as it had lived outside for the last couple of years because my neighbor let it. It took me a few months but I was finally able to get it used to me, and finally pet it and "tame" it somewhat. Well about a week and a half ago the rabbit passed away. I was pretty bummed but not too surprised. I think the rabbit was pretty old and I think it had been sick for a while. Well I realized how cool rabbits were and decided that I wanted to get another pet rabbit. So I looked around online and in the classifieds and finally located a shelter that had a few rabbits for adoption. I went to look at the rabbits and I knew that I had found my new pet. Only I didn't get just one. I got two! And they are the cutest rabbits.

This is Mohawk. He is a lionhead mix. When he stands up on his back legs you can see his mohawk.
This is Thumper. He is a flop breed. I named him thumper because he likes to thump his hind legs when he is unhappy about something. It is actually quite funny.
So those are my new family members. I also have some news about a very hard to obtain, elusive nail polish, but it deserves it's very own post. Which I will be posting soon.
